RS PRO Earth Bonding Boxes

RS PRO earth bonding boxes with 3 x 10 mm studs which are ideal for any workplaces where sensitive electronic equipment must be protected from static electricity.

298-3957 – Earth bonding box, 3x10mm stud
298-3941 – Earth bonding box, 2x4mm sockets,1x10mm stud
298-3935 - Earth bonding box, 3 x 4mm sockets

These EBP boxes meet the need defined in EN 61340-5 for connecting the elements of an ESD Protected Area (EPA) to a common connection point or Earth Bonding Point (EBP).

The normal earth contact is linked via an individual 1 meg-ohm current limiting resistor. In the event of a workstation element inadvertent contact with the mains supply voltage, the resistor will limit the fault current to less than 0.3 mA at 240 V.
