KM6-II Sub-Rack System
The components of this easy-to-assemble sub-rack system meet the requirements of IEC297-3 and are ideal for applications where external vibration is a factor to be considered. They feature an 84HP (426mm) total useable width. Kits for EMC compatibility are available.,The performance figures shown were obtained by testing a representative sample from production batches. The tests were in accordance with MIL-STD-285 modified where necessary due to the nature of the sub-racks. The figures are given as a guideline only, any additions or modifications will have an effect upon the shielding performance therefore, units must be re-tested when all the equipment has been mounted.,Typical shielding performance figures were obtained from sub-racks fitted with full width EMC panels front and rear, reading from the top panel by the in-house test facilities of BICC-VERO Electronics.
