Flexi-Mate Cable Assemblies for LED Lighting
These Flexi-Mate Cable Assemblies from Molex are designed for use in LED panel-lighting applications. The mated height of only 3.0 mm of the Flexi-Mate Cable Assembly ensures that there is no interference into the light luminescence angle of the LEDs. The Flexi-Mate Cable Assembly has 24 AWG wires to support market preference in these types of applications. This range of Flexi-Mate Cable Assemblies provide various options for flexibly interconnecting LED panels including Board-to Board, Wire-to-Board and Loops:

These Molex Flexi-Mate™ connectors are designed for LED TVs and standard room-lighting applications requiring the placement of LEDs on interconnecting panels across the full width of the display or lighting fixture. The Flexi-Mate design meets the need for flexibility and space savings and includes coplanar board-to-board connectors used to snap together small panels containing LED lights. The system includes a wire-to-board option to connect the LED boards to the main power board.
