The Nexperia BAV99 is a series of high-speed switching diodes. They come in a surface mounted (SMD) plastic package which is available in various size.
The BAV99 switching diodes are ideal for high-speed switching and reverse polarity protection applications. They are also AEC-Q101 qualified and therefore suitable for automotive applications.
