This signal conditioner has an integrity rating of SIL 2 (safety integrity level), official zone 2 installation support and bidirectional HART transmission. The 2865340 has been specifically designed for intrinsically safe and electrically isolated operation of measuring transducers and mA current sources installed in hazardous areas.
