Ultrafast Recovery Rectifier, HY Electronic (Cayman) Limited
The HY Electronic Ultrafast Rectifiers consist of several series which offer reverse voltage from as low as 50V to 1000 volts including their forward current at 1 Amp to 3 Amps. The UF400x SERIES, HER20x SERIES and UF540x are all supplied in moulded plastic JEDEC cases. The ultra-fast switching makes it very efficient and the colour band indicates that it is a cathode type.
