TDK CeraLink SP Series Capacitors

The TDK Ceralink series of solder pin ceramic capacitors has been optimised for use in 650 V fast-switching semiconductor modules. Featuring low ESL and ESR, these high reliability ceramic capacitors offer low power loss and dielectric absorption. With high capacitance density and increasing capacitance with DC bias up to operating voltage, this series is designed for high frequencies up to 1kHz.

Suitable applications include fast switching semiconductor modules and industrial power converters and inverters. These ceramic capacitors are also suitable for use as a DC link/snubber for power converters and inverters.
