Molex Easy On 0.5 mm Vertical SMT FPC Connectors - 501951 Series

Easy On 501951 series vertical SMT mount FPC connectors with a 0.5 mm pitch and a compact, space saving design. These Easy On FPC connectors feature a hinged actuator which provides a secure connection between the FPC and allows easy insertion of the FPC. The connector contacts are designed to move with the cable when it is pulled up or down. This feature helps provide a secure contact retention force and ensures that electrical contact is maintained. Solder tabs (or nails) on the base of the connector provide secure PCB retention and strain relief for the solder tail joints.
