Vishay VSML3710 Series IR Emitting Diodes
The VSML3710 family, from Vishay Semiconductors, are high power Infrared (IR) emitting diodes. The VSML3710 surface mount (SMT) IR LEDs are in PLCC-2 packages which use double hetero (DH) technology. This enables a high radiant power output. Suitable applications for the VSML3710 IREDs include; photointerrupters, reflective sensors, househole appliances, tactile keyboards and IR emitter applications where space is limited.
