Linear Technology’s LED driver ICs are configured as Inductorless white LED drivers (parallel) or switching regulator based white LED drivers (series). The range includes the boost regulator LED driver, buck regulator LED driver and buck-boost LED driver ICs. Some may feature integrated Schottky diodes, accurate LED current matching and multiple output capability.
