Festo U Series Pneumatic Silencers
Festo cylinders series are designed to reduce noise produced from air exhausts in pneumatic systems and pipes. Acting as a muffler which is essential for reducing sound to safe decibel levels within industrial work environments they improve user comfort. Designed to also filter against ingress of contamination, dirt, dust and grease in the tubing or pipes, the silencer ensures that the pneumatic system and air is not compromised helping to prevent equipment break down.
This silencer series keeps noise levels below 84dB(A) and offers a high flow rate in a compact thread connection fitting. They also feature threaded or push-in connections which makes coupling and uncoupling efficient and simple.
