52808 series Non-ZIF SMT vertical mount FPC connectors with a 1.00 mm pitch and contacts on one side. The housings of these FPC connectors are chamfered in one corner to ensure correct orientation of the FPC. The connector contacts move with the cable when it is pulled up or down providing a secure contact retention force and ensuring an electrical contact is maintained. The staggered contact design makes the soldering of these FPC connectors onto the PCB easier
