Sensirion ASP1400 Differential Pressure Sensor
The Sensirion ASP1400 differential pressure sensor is especially suited for measurements of ultra-low pressure differences of gases and true mass flow measurements in bypass solutions. The sensor is based on Sensirions unique CMOSens® technology and provides excellent long term stability with offset free-measurements, superior resolution, fast response time and large dynamic range. Typical applications include monitoring of clean room conditions, intrusion detection and many bypass solutions in process control, building control and medical applications.
