TE Connectivity 0.8mm Free Height (FH) Vertical Board to Board Receptacle Connectors

0.8mm Free Height (FH) board to board or mezzanine SMT receptacle connectors for use in parallel board stacking applications. These Free Height (FH) mezzanine connectors have a high density subminiature packaging with a .031mm centreline spacing making it possible to save more than 50% space on the PCB compared to 1.27mm centreline connectors. The contacts of these 0.8mm Free Height (FH) connectors have a bellows type spring design that is resistant to scooping and stubbing when the connector is mated and unmated and offers a reliable electrical connection. These 0.8mm Free Height (FH) receptacles feature polarization to ensure accurate mating and have PCB postioning bosses for accurate placement on the PCB. A range of board to board stacking heights from 5 to 16mm can be achieved by mating these 0.8mm FH receptacles with different board mount plugs.
Typical applications for these 0.8mm Free Height (FH) board to board receptacle connectors include notebook PCs, pen pads, mobile phones and other electronic equipment that requires miniature connector packaging.
