This Unilite rechargeable lantern battery encompasses fantastic design and quality. It features a NI-MH battery that can actually be plugged directly into a 3-pin UK plug socket. This removes the need for a separate charging cable and ensures that the battery can always be charged when required. When the battery is charged up, it can then be put into a lantern that takes a PJ996 battery.
Built-in is a short circuit protection to prevent over charging, which ensures the battery retains its longevity
