Based on the ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor, the Atmel® SMART SAM4L series of microcontroller units (MCUs) delivers the picoPower® Technology with the lowest power in active mode (down to 90μA/MHz) as well as sleep mode with full RAM retention (1.5μA) with the shortest wake-up time (down to 1.5μs).
