Keysight B2961A/B2962A 6.5 digit low noise power sources are new generation power supply/sources offering 6.5 digit best-in class-precision, wide bipolar output ranges and an extremely low noise floor. They also feature graphing capability and arbitrary waveform generation, which make possible tests and evaluation that conventional power supply/sources cannot carry out. Their attributes make the B2961A/B2962A ideal companion sources to use with other instruments such as oscilloscopes, network analysers, spectrum analysers, frequency counters, digital multimeters and nano-voltmeters.
