TE Connectivity 0.6mm DDR SO DIMM Memory Sockets

Memory sockets designed for providing a reliable connection to SGRAM JEDEC SO DIMM (Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Modules) with a DDR1 or DDR2 data rate. These SO DIMM memory sockets feature mechanical voltage keying in a standard format and reverse (part number 1473149-4). Cam-in module loading provides easy memory module insertion and locking ejector latches provide a secure module retention and enable easy release. Solder pegs are featured for a secure connection to the PCB. These SO DIMM memory sockets have a standard profile design apart from part numbers 1612618-X which have an ultra-high profile.
