DSEP2x series Dual FRED Diode Modules
The IXYS DSEP2x series modules contain two isolated Fast Recovery Epitaxial Diodes (FRED) in a single moulded package with M4 screw connections and two-hole screw isolated fixing base. The FRED diodes feature low reverse recovery currents which reduce power losses and improve switching efficiency. The very short reverse recovery time with excellent soft recovery behaviour results in improved EMI/RFI performance.
