This data cable provides three screened pairs for communication and control tasks in industrial environments. It combines tin‑plated copper conductors with a polypropylene outer jacket, delivering a balance of signal integrity and mechanical protection for medium‑distance wiring runs on reels up to 305 m. The cable is suitable for installation where regulated voltage ratings and recognised approvals are required.
Each pair is constructed with two conductors cabled together and twisted at a minimum of 6.0 twists/ft, with the three components cabled together at a minimum of 3.0 twists/ft.
Pairs are wrapped with an aluminium/Mylar tape with 25% overlap and include a 24 AWG drain wire for shield termination.
Characteristic impedance is approximately 115 Ω ±5, mutual capacitance is around 12 pF/ft at 1 kHz, and velocity of propagation is 76%.
Recommended minimum bend radius is 10x cable diameter and maximum pull tension is 32 lbs.
It meets UL AWM/Style 2493, CSA CMG FT4, CE low‑voltage directives, and complies with RoHS and REACH substance limits.
