G6 Photoelectric Sensors

SICK G6 retroreflective photoelectric sensors are enclosed in a miniature housing and deliver optimum performance. Distinguished by the ability to offer reliable detection over long sensing distances. The sensors are compatible for various operations, with the in-built SICK ASIC technology. The G6 photoelectric sensors are a milestone for the whole world of automation, with a wide selection of variants, simple mounting and excellent detection reliability, even under difficult conditions.

With PinPoint LEDs that detect all kinds of objects including transparent objects, light & dark, large or small and even people. The PinPoint technology provides a precise, highly visible light spot that is unaffected by peripheral light.

Setup of the G6 photoelectric sensors is simple with the sensitivity and sensing distance adjusted using a rotary potentiometer on top of the sensor body. A second adjustable potentiometer on the rear allowing switching between light and dark mode.
