Series KR - Spatter Cover
SMC's KR series of flame resistant, one-touch fittings are for use in environments where pneumatic piping and fixtures are open to sparks and spatter from welding equipment. SMC's flame resistant fittings are suitable for use up to a pressure of 145 psi and by allowing the body and threaded section to rotate when mounted are ideal for use in confined spaces. Spatter covers can be used to prevent against the tube being released because of intrusion or adhesion by covering by providing protective cover over the release button.
