From RS PRO this is a replacement carbon steel kit for M3 Mandrels designed for rivet and nut installation. All you need is a reversible drill, with a capacity of #6-32, then the M3 Kit assists you in setting the rivet when turned clockwise, and when set to reverse, allows you to remove the rivet mandrel.
